Refund Policy

Since all of our products are made-to-order, all of our drawings, designs, artwork, and merchandise are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong drawing style, quantity, or would like a refund for any other reason, you must request a refund within 24 hours from receipt of your order, and we will happily issue a refund, no questions asked!

However, we will work with our customers and revise their drawings until they are satisfied, as long as the reason for the revision is our fault. If the request was not included in the order notes or not emailed to us within 24 hours after placing the order, the requested change may incur an additional charge.

For drawing revisions, changes in style (e.g., from more realistic Custom Drawing Style to Baby Style Cartoons) and significant changes in the angle of your vehicle (e.g., from side angle to front angle) are not able to be revised without an additional charge.
